How soon to file N-400 in US Citizenship General Discussion Posted April 25, 2017 My 5 year anniversary is Oct 2nd and as per the uscis early filing calculator, my early filing date is July 4th. Can I send the fedex on July 3rd so it reaches them on July 5th ? Or would they reject it since it was sent out on July 3rd ? I assume I cannot file earlier than the 90 day cut off .
