Hi, I am hoping that someone will be able to help me. I just got my K3 visa and i am now in the US but the visa and my passport have my maiden name on it and I want to go by my husbands last name. How do i go about changing my name. I am in the process of filling out and sending in my adjustment of status and and work permit papers. Which name do i put on them? can i change it at this piont??? PLease help.
