Hey guys! I came from Brasil 3 years ago on a K1 visa and we have been married since then. We acquired a property together, vehicle, we have joing bank account, our bills are together so I have enough to prove that our marriage is legit. In February I sent my application to remove the conditions on my green card. However things got really bad and my husband and I want a divorce, I can provide more details about it but long story short the situation is unbearable. Does anyone knows how it is to divorce having your case ongoing? Would I have my 10 yes green card denied if we file for a divorce now? Do I have to cancel the process and start all over?
