OK , SOMEONE TOLD ME I NEED A 1-30 WITH MY AOS PAPPERWORK ( 1-485,G-325A,I-765 AND I-864) . MY WIFE CAME HERE AS A K-1 (I-129F) . I THOUGHT A I-130 IS A K-3 AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CASE . AM I RIGHT ? OR DO I NEED A 1-30 TOO ?

In line 5 of the step by step guide for the aos it say's

"K-1 Visa Holders: Submit Copy of NOA2 "Approval" for I-129F "

i never got one in the mail . i found out i was approved by looking on the cis website and by calling the office . do i need it when filling for AOS ?

also , the reason we were looking at getting a EAD is to raise to $ for the AOS , since it's its going up in price . ok ?

but , as i understand after marriage , there is no time limit for filing for the AOS . is this correct ?

ok , my fiance entered the US on July 7, 2007 on a K-1 visa. We got married July 27, 2007. Considering that the AOS goin up to a $1,000. Were going to apply for an EAD first to raise the money for the AOS. Considering that the K-1 visa is for 90 days, does that apply only to the marriage or for her visa status of stay in the US? I have read that after 90 days you are considered out of status. Chances are by the time we raised the money and file for the AOS we would be consider out of status, what bearing/effect does this have on filing the AOS and what we should do and what paperworks do we apply for?

I am an US citizen, my wife is a Filipina which we are now married as of yesterday (July 27, 2007).

OK , do i need i for 1040 and a w-2 if i e-filed my taxs and i have the form 8879 , which states my tax return info.

i.e. adjusted gross income , total tax , ect . i order the forms anyways from the irs , just to make sure ..i just need to get the paperwork to my lady soon .

how do i track a case with a MNL case number and find out info. on line ? i know i could find info on a caase when it was at the cis , but nowmy case is at the us embassy and at the Manila . is there a web site i can check this info at ?

good news ....i caled the nvc and they are sending out my noa2 again free of charge . also , my case got sent to the manila embassy , and she has an appointment for june 12 . so , all in all my case is in full swing and its a short time now tell everything is done . man , i got soooo , much to do . ill just hace to trust jesus .

good news , i called the nvc ...and told them about how i moved and did not get the paper work , and they took down my address and are sending it back out to my address where i am at now . also , my case has been forward to manila embassy on march 12 2007 . so , everything is stell in action ( thank u jesus ) . thank ypu very much people ....i know i can be a pest ...its just my mind gets off track and i lose fouces .

i am wondering ...is a infopass appointment needed . i changed my address on line (the website) and i was mailed a latter to verify my address change . the change however was done on 03-05-2007 .almost a week after my noa was sent .

ummm...i called csi and they told me about the I-824 . i have not called NVC ( by the way what does that mean ) . ill look into that , and get back with you .

ok , well , on dec. 1st 2006 i sent in the I-129f . at the end of feb. i moved . i went on to the website change my address on line . when i did this i recived a massage saying

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 28, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

so , now i never got this in the mail becouse i moved . i did change my address on line . i do get info on line (although there has been no change )

i have not got a interveiw and/or noa2 package .

so , i am going to have to send in a I-824 to get the paperwork i am missing to find out what is going on .

now, in 1 mo. i am moving in to my own place . yes , i know why move so , much . the house i was living at was sold by the owers , so i had to move and find a place to live real quick tell i find my own place , so , i moved in with a friend ( where i am at now ) .

this is my 1st noa . i have not had a intrview or filled out any documents.just the I-129f . i move right after the fourm was mailed . so , it look as if i need to fill out the I-824 so , i know what to do next . yes , it is alot of $ that is why i ask but , if i must then i will . this is taking too long .

I Filled the I-129f dec.1st 2006 , i moved and when i updated my address on the net i was told " On February 28, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). " . now, i know that thet sent this notice to my old adress . i was hoping that i would be sent back and sent to where i am at now . but , i have not recived any thing yet. i called csi and i was told i need to fill out a I-824 . ok , i filled dec.1st 2006 , the only thing i got was a notice that the check was cashed .i have not recived a noa1 or any notice since .

at the end of feb. i moved to a new place ( i was renting , and they sold the house ) . what should i do ? i dont even have a case number , so , what good would it be calling ? the only thing the usc has is my e-mail and phone number whaich did not change when i was forced to move.

i know i should have a lest got a noa1 by now , or am i wrong . and by now noa2 are being handed out and i have not even got a notice about a noa1 . man , i hope i didnt do something wrong , plese some one let me know .

one last thing a read some where that we can sign up for automatic e-mail update , how and /where did you sing up for this ? most of my bussness is done by e-mail or on the phone , i really dont use postal mail unless i have too .

so , i went out for like 2 wk.'s , and we know we are to be together (know b4 i left .really) . so , i would like to know something , i will file the k-1 (we argeed it will be better) , and i would like to know how much of a chance would i have for it to be apporved by march of 2007 ?

yes , i think you are right . let see , back in mar. i sent a cd walkman to her , and the oldest ate was like " why\how could you ask for a ..." ect. it was llike dont ask for anything , and thats just becouse of modest life style , i think . will , she dont ask me , i just did it in love . i could just see what will happen when i give her a dvd player . oh , ny the way , back in mar. it was sent to her by way of family going there . next mo.(oct.7th) i will be going there .

yes , this is\would be true , but in my case i know some of her family her . also , i have prayed and read my bible to recive a answer from god , and yes it is all + . (thank you jesus) oh , by the way her niece give me her e-mail 1st . but i was fearful of talking to someone i dont now in person . so , the older niece give my e-mail too her , and she e-mailed me . (im glad now too) . just to round everything out i belive jesus ..no , i know jesus has my wife .

i have said this , just so i would not pull her away from family . she respect that , and also said its hard hear (pi) . but , really if your having a hard time staying alive then why stay somewhere when you can do better somewhere else ?

all in all , i can say i love her very much . we are very open with each other , even if it sounds strange or is hard too say i let it out any ways .
