Just got notification her case was updated online. They sent her new card 1/5!

It could be another RFE. There's been people with two RFEs because once it got close to the interview being scheduled USCIS noticed another missing document or mistake and sent another RFE notice. 

We got i485 appproval!!!!!

Sorry, may not be filling my timeline correctly.

We did i130 and i485.  She qualified AOS based on a prior approved i130 under her USC mother.  I am her USC daughter.

Also my online status didn't change to "interview scheduled" until days after the interview letter was already sent so you can't go by the online status. We got 1 RFE that we answered within days. I was looking at sample interview letters and I dont think its that either.  Looks like a NOA but I dont see how it can be approval if we never got an interview.  Mail doesnt get here till 3pm PST...worried its a denial!

What does this look likr to you guys? we already got I130 approval.  Online status has not changed. No interview date yet. She was ewi so i expect an interview before approval.

Just recieved I130 approval!!

We mailed in I485 rfe response and will get there Tuesday.  The clinic that did her med exam forgot 1 checkbox so we sent a new sealed one that the clinic gave us (corrected).  We also missed entering NONE on page 3 and q11 in page 4 (dumb mistakes).

I am cautiously happy. I hope we get approval in a few days

So, we got an RFE today 

We forgot Q #11 in Part 3 of our i-485 form.

Can someone help? Do i need to redo the for completely and resend?

OR do i photo copy it and update Q11?

Anyone have the San Bernardino, Ca office as thier local office?

Still waiting in my mom's status to be updated from EAD card mailed (6/20) to ready to schedule interview, but no luck...

I think her application is still at NBC.

but my husband's combo card arrived a couple of weeks ago. I got my hopes up and thought maybe there was movement for an interview. But on the USCIS website there are no updates for our case numbers. Their alert system is very wonky

I've been getting them too, but when I check the staus is the same. My mom got her EAD a few weeks ago.

My mom's status just changed to card being produced! Package accepted March 28 and bio appt was 4/28.

Whats next? Can she get her ss and state id?  Now we wait for interview?

My mom has her appointment on 4/28 for biometrics.  What kind of id will they take? She has expired CA id and expired foreign country passport
