I am applying for AOS and I am unsure if I need to submit I-693 at all. I have a completed DS-3025 from within a year. Can I send this in instead of the I-693? If not, how do I complete the I-693 based on my current documents? Am I meant to contact a civil surgeon to have this filled out?

I am travelling on the K-1 Fiance Visa in 2 days and need to know if I also need to apply for the Visa Waiver Program.

The first package I sent to the Consulate required a Police Clearance form, which I filled out and sent in. The second step requires me to send numerous information and also requires a Police Certificate. I'm confused because they have provided instructions for me here: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country/NZ.html
On this website it states that "New Zealand Police Headquarters will not accept requests for police certificates or records directly from individuals" and says to download the form they provided me and sent it to the consulate which I did with the first package.
But if they don't take requests from individuals and I'm supposed to send in a Police Certificate in with the second package if I don't have one because they don't deal with individuals? Do I leave it out or do I acquire it by other means?
A little worried because I had it in my head that I didn't need it, because they did say that I have to fill in the NZ Police Clearance form

After receiving our NOA2 (exciting!) I have now received steps to go through in regards to sending documents/scheduling my interview. The first step says "Complete and return immediately to this office, the attached forms, together with a copy of your current passport descriptive page" (DS-160 confirmation page and NZ Police Clearance). Quite straight forward. The second step says "Obtain the following documents on this checklist which pertain to you. When you have gathered ALL documents please SEND them to this office for review" (passport, birth cert, police cert, I-134 AND PROOF, proof of own funds, prepaid envelope)
I know it seems very straightforward. Easy to follow instructions, however I'm wondering if everyone else has waited til they have acquired ALL of the documents and sent everything together as 1 package, or followed these instructions and sent 2 separate packages. Thank you very much.
When do I use my married name and when to get a new SSN
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports

First of all, I am currently filling out all forms for AOS and wondering if I need to use my married name (has not yet been changed on SSN).
Second, when do I get my new SSN? Before I file my forms for AOS or when I receive EAD or after I get my Green Card?
