Note we moved since 2015 and have now a good address with no issues

We live on military housing our address that we lived at in 2015 was weird some places had it as road some as street no one could really tell us what the exact name is which led lost mail and packages multiple times it was always a mess. Time warner cable didnt service us cause they said its a business and not a residental address. So you see there was always something with this dang address. :/

2015 i got a 1 year extention when i went to the service center i got another stamp and extention the officer never said anything about removal processding surley he would've seen it on the computer especially when he called back later on when he found out what was going on? 

My stamp is good til june 2017 i sent me other package i751 2 weeks ago and got the noa. 

I would hope someone wouldve told me by now about any removal proceedings or tge i751 wouldve been rejected automatically ? 

Urg its such a mess 

I'm really stressing out now. I got my GC in June 2013 i was due to remove my conditions in 2015 which I did, we were financially really hard off this year and I applied with a fee waiver. I received the 1 year extention and that was literally it. Nothing else came in the mail when i called to get an update they told me vermont is back logged and i need to be patient alright.

Well time came close to my extention getting expired, still no answered so i made an info pass appointment. The IO didn't see the issue at first either so he made me do my fingerprints and gave me a stamp in my passport for another year. He then called me later on saying my application was denied due to non payment obviously the fee waiver got denied. 

Now within 90 days of my stamp experation i applied yet again to get my conditions removed. They took the fees (money order) and i received another 1 year extention NOA letter. 

I submitted the entire package along with an explanation letter of what has happenend (bascially the same story here) 

Now i am terrified that they will still deny my roc. We are married have 3 kids and finally live a good life. This whole mess won't let me sleep at night.

Anyone has any tips what to expect. Do you think this is getting denied? I never had any intentions of not filing or anything, we just didn't have the funds at this time so i applied togethet with a fee waiver.
