    Congratulations!!!

    Thanks!

The girl after me has 30 years difference and she aslo was approved.

That was easy that was assuming.

Just prepare all documents from the list.

So wish you good luck as well!

  2. Alright.

    My visa is approved!!!!

So they did not ask me anything about yesterday conversation. Honestly I do not know what it was.

My appointment was for 8 a.m.

    At 8, 40 a.m. I was free

I got few simple questions and the end

"Everything looks good. Your visa is approved".

the only idea crosses my mind is the Embassy Notice/Letter/email you should've received when the Embassy got your case.Technically you are supposed to wait for the Notice and AFTER that start getting ready for interview..

I don't think you should worry right now - yes, it's not a pleasure to get a phone call like that from the Embassy, but they DID let you go through your interview. That's good ;) So, just focus  on your documents - double check with everything.. And - good luck tomorrow!!

Just, please, let us know how everything went, ok?..

P.S. Did your Fiance get his Tax Return for 2016 amended?... Hope, he did and emailed that to you...

One more time - good luck!!.

Yes. He correct and sent to me.

What are going to show as a proof of his income for 2016?

P.S. Keep in mind he needs to amend the tax return for Tax year 2016 NO MATTER if the Embassy knows or not... Filing status was wrong, most likely his tax liability got reduced because of  that.

W2 and bank statement (shows that he gets salary every 2 weeks).

    Is it not enough?

The most important to show income for 2016, right? W2 shows his income.

For the interview you should always an employer letter, bank statements if you can get them. You can never have too much!

I sent tons of stuff with my fiance and they literally asked for none of it. However, if she hadn't brought you can bet they would have.

    Alright. Thanks again!

I will ask him send me more.

He told me thats enough to prove the finincial support. But I am worried that it is not.

    Good luck!

For k1 you only need the most recent year. However, having 3 years is better just in case they ask. (they shouldn't, but you never know)

You'll want the 1040 and w2s if you can get a tax transcript those are better.

     Thank you.

Yes, we have 1040 and W2s, but do not havw tax transcription.

Do we need employer letter and another documents?

    I am just worried.

  10. Hi! I am from Ukraine.

I am so sorry, can someone make clear for us?

I read that we should make the appointment to embassy on-line? Our case status is "ready" and I have already paid visa fees.

I don't want to make appointment by call.

    How can I make on-line????

Is it immigration or not immigration section? When I follow immigration visa categories  it shows me that I should call, I can't make the appointment on-line.

    Thanks in advance.

For the i-134, the petitioner should supply pay stubs(preferably about 6 of the most recent or 3 months worth), if they can provide 3 years of W2's or tax transcripts that is good also.

Letter from employer can be beneficial also if it states things like: time at company, position, hourly/salary rate, full time or part time employee, temporary/permanent, ect..

Bank statements can be used to show savings, generally think people supply 12 months worth to show consistent money in savings; but this really is only needed if current income is not sufficient(but again can be used just as extra)

Same goes for any assets (cars, homes, stocks, ect).

    Thank you!

  12. Hi!

    Our case is ready.

    I am from Ukraine.

What exactly financial documents I will need for my interview?

I found these are copies of tax returns, W-2s, pay stubs, letters from employers, bank statements; original of Affidavit of Support I-134.

But my fiance told that it is too much, because it is similar documents.

We have not received any letter from NVC.

Should I or my fiance wait for some instructions?

    Thanks in advance!

  13.  Hi! I am waiting for my K1 visa. The case is in NVC

I  am so sorry, but I got confused (

They received my case! No case number yet, but it's a step in the right direction! Sooo it's usually another 4 days or so right?

      HI! Could I ask you?

How do you know that they received your case? Does it show online without receipt number???

I have Receipt Number that shows me that case was approved on 13 of April. Will it change something there and show me that they receive my case without Case Number??

    Thanks in advance!

Good luck guys in this process.

You only need to cal to the NVC and ask them your case number through a phone call!

after your I-129f petition approval wait for 10-14 business days and you can start calling NVC for your case number...
    NVC contact number:
    (603) 334-0700
    (603) 334-0888
you can call them Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. EST to 12:00 midnight EST.
if you got the case number followed by 10 digit numbers..
click immigrant and enter the case number..you can check it at:
    ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

    Thank you.

May be someone has some advice how to reach NVC and time is better?

Last week I was calling around 7-8 a.m.

Because I am just waiting on the line for hours and all workers are busy....

  16. Hi!

I am Inna and I am from Ukraine.

We are waiting for K1 visa.

I got case approved on 13 of April. How can I know my case number so I can check it?

There is only 1 way to call NVC and ask them??? Because I could not reach them.

Can I find it on-line? I have Receipt Number that shows me that case was approved on 13 of April. Will it change something there and show me the number of case??? Or I have only to call NVC.

    Thanks in advance
