Hello,
I've been waiting six weeks since the NVC received my AOS and other required documentation but they haven't looked at it yet. This process makes me very nervous so I logged into the ceac site to make sure that my application shows complete as I had submitted the application in January. Now I'm worried thinking that I heard somewhere once that if you login to the ceac site it restarts the timer as if you had just submitted the application that day. Is this true? Does logging into the ceac site restart the timer of when you had submitted the documents and paid the fees?

Called NVC today and they said that my wife's case is complete and they are just waiting for an interview date. How long do most people have to wait for this?
