Hi guys, I already have my spouse visa, my husband is currently visiting...

i wanted to know does my husband need to write a letter for my to travel with our son who is a USC . Because even tho we are married he has his fathers name

I asked for expidition... So when my case was at Nvc I waited for my case number before I requested it

my case was at Nvc in October , I got my Case number in nov I request for expedition in November but there were no dates in December the only opened date was in February

Well my husband and i are original from Suriname which is a country in South America, he moved to the U.S. Almost 13 years ago... He is a USC now we got married in 2016 and also had our first child in 2016 we started the spouse visa sprocess  in March 2017 and we are almost finish now ...

im getting all my documenta ready But there is one things. My brith and marriege  certificaat are almost 1 Year OLD together with thier translation..

can I just use the same ones or do I get new ones and translate them?

The embassy said that? When did Nvc sent ur case? Did u call Nvc to check if they sent it?

For Mexico the NVC schedules the interview with the embassy but in my case I get to do it directly.

 

Yeah I got that too, I was I could schedule my interview myself , they take so long for a damm letter

Immigration aren't there to judge whether your relationship is perfect. They will only care if your marriage is real. It sounds like you have a child to show the two of you are more than just friends.

Sounds like its not even at the embassy yet, you have to wait for an interview to be scheduled, you can try calling NVC

I believe Packet 3 is the NVC welcome letter, Packet 4 is the appointment letter from the embassy

I never got a welcome letter from the Nvc I called to know when the received my case after I got my MCN I request a expedition and when the embassy got it they sent my packet 3 with instructions

Packet 3 is like a welcome letter plus a form ( applicant statement) u have to fill in saying who's  going to the interview with u

Hi my case was also expedited ... I got packet3 but still waiting for packet 4 is has been 2 weeks now ... I wanted to set up my apptionment but I hear I have to wait on the letter

Why u say it sounds unconventional ? 

I was denied because I didn't have enough evidence 

and THE reason why i think that iT has red flags is because i was really young 14 and my husband 22 that's why I don't wanna be judged
