Yes.  Lawyer sent it out today.  Should keep finger crossed.

The only thing, that I didn't have was affidavit of support, which is rarely needed in this type of cases.  But they asked for it. So I called my lawyer and she was shocked.  questions, were mostly about the job and nothing more.

Hi Guys,  had my EB3 interview in London , they kept my passport, and CO asked for an Affidavit from the business partner in US.    What does this mean? Should I be worried?

It has always been one year, unless your p4 is requesting for it

Interview date is assigned for late June for me, and yours will be soon.

 I was given a late June date.  I hope you have been given a date as well.

just got off the phone with them, nothing as of yet.  However, he said" oh, yours is EB", and he didn't say much after that.  I asked him if there is a preference given to other type of Cases over, E Cases, He said, he is not aware of such a thing.  Good luck, you should be getting yours before me, and I hope it is this coming June.

Don't try to cut corners, with the Police Report.  It has to be the original, and from Nigeria.  You will be wasting your time, and most likely additional 10 to 12 weeks.  Get it right the first time. Hopefully, it is clean.  Good Luck!!!

I called NVC, and the rep told me that they have started giving out appointment for June.  Was he Just trying to tell me some thing, that I wanted to hear, or is it actually true?  does any one know anything about it?

Most don't believe this, but from the statistics that I have been following, people with EB cases tend to wait way longer for an interview, than those with CR1 type cases.   Again, I hope that I am wrong.

I believe interviews for EB cases, are different, than Marriage  and Family.  I am waiting also, and most who got their CC after me, have their appointments already.
