Still no NO2 since September 8. When we called they said we are in normal processing time since in their website it says they are evaluating August 30 cases. I gave up and decided not to continue to the process. Probably this is not gonna be good for my marriage. For those of you waiting for approval, good luck. Thank you for your support all this time.

I called the lawyer this morning and left a message. They should be calling me back sometime soon. I'm going to ask their opinion and if there's anything we can do. I'm sure I already know the answer but it makes me feel better to ask. I'll let you know what they say.

It has been forever. We paid for a lawyer thinking that would be the best route and that they'd help make sure all the paperwork was correct the first go round. They originally told it would be about 5 months and now we are quickly approaching 7. It's very disheartening. I know everyone is in the same boat, but it's hard for me not to be jealous seeing the timelines of others and how they were received the same day, transferred to Texas from Nebraska the same day and they have an answer and we don't. I know it's case by case, but that doesn't make it any less frustrating. 

I know how you feel  and so sorry for you.I hope all of us get the approval this week and survive from Nebraska hell =( I'm happy for the others as well but kinda jealous at the same time. What does the lawyer say about this long wait? Any reasonable explanation or just the same things that we already know.

Hope so.. Considering that some october filers are getting approved, we should be hearing something as a semptember filer. Its already feels like forever tho..

Stuck in Nebraska since September 8th. No news no update nothing. Its been more than 7 months. Never imagined it'd be that long. I'm about to give up:(
