Any knowledge regarding what a foreign national filling out their "register permanent resident or adjust status" form (I-485) should list as their physical address? My husband is applying from the US - are they asking for the address where he currently stays and intends to live?
There is a space that states:
Beneficiary's Physical Address: If the beneficiary lives outside of the US in a home without a street number, leave the first two items blank
then just below, asks for:
Other addresses and Contact Information: Provide the address in the US where the beneficiary intends to live, if different from the items above.
Since he is applying for residency from the US under a B-1 visa (tourism), should he put our US address for both or his Colombian address as his Physical Address, and US address for the intended residence?
