After marriage, I took my husband's surname. My social security card uses his surname.
But my Ukraine passport uses my given surname.
Now as we are filing the I-130, I am unsure which surname to list for myself and my daughter.
What is the correct surname to use?

Why do you need to speed up the process? You are already living together. If the USC has a pressing need to return to the USA soon, he can go at anytime and you will wait for the visa. There is nothing stopping a USC from returning at any time.
Because the war in Ukraine.

Living together abroad may allow you to file for DCF, which is much much faster than filing in the US. Typically one must live there for 6+ months and/or have some sort of resident status (not just a tourist visa, although some countries permit this).
DCF generally requires a USCIS office in the country., Here's a list of international USCIS offices: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/international-immigration-offices
Edit: Also, the beneficiary must be a legal resident in the country to interview for an immigrant visa. This isn't just DCF, though.
We live in Ukraine. Can we file in a neighboring country?

Hi,
I heard there are ways to file for IR1 with U.S. embassies in Europe. For example in Budapest.
I was told that if my husband is living in my country for more than six months, we can do this and it will speed up the process. As well I was told that our interview can be handled in Europe also.
I ask because my husband is living here with me and not in the States.
Does anyone know if this is true and if so, can you help me understand more about this option?

My U.S. citizen husband and I are going to file for my immigration using the IR1 process, but I do not understand what forms are needed for my daughter? She is 8 years old. My husband is not her biological or adoptive father. Can someone please explain or link me to the list of forms I must use for her?
Thank you!

Hello
I was in the process of K1, we got married, but I didn’t apply for a change of status documents and I had to go back to my country. Now we are applying for IR1.
In the form of I-130 there is a question: "Was the beneficiary EVER in immigration meetings?"
How should I answer it?
Thank you

Hello. I'm using Google translator, so I apologize if it's not very clear it will be written.
... prehistory.
I traveled with my daughter on a visa K1 and K2 ... We married and got married, now we are collecting documents for changing the status .... The daughter does not have all the vaccinations by age (she is 7 years old),5 vaccinations need to be done. But it takes a long time, and my husband and I worry that if you tighten the process with the filing of documents, then you can have some problems. What should I do?
Thank you
Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?

On the I-130 it asks:
We have filed for a I-129F and I travelled to the U.S. where we got married, but due to an emergency I had to cancel the K1 process and return to my home country.
So my husband is not sure how to answer this question because we have not filed an I-130 before.
Does anyone know the correct response here?
