    I own a home in Mexico that I share with my fiancé. We would like her to be able to travel with me in the states but our primary home will be in Mexico. We tried 3 years ago to get her a visitor visa but she was denied. We have traveled to Canada the past 2 years and she will be back in Canada in a few weeks. I would like to try again to get her a visitor visa and need a good strategy to make that happen. Her son will not be with us this year he is spending his summer with his father in Mexico. If we apply for a visitor visa can that process be done from Canada?

      Ok good news she has been granted her Visa!  We now want to apply for a visitor Visa for her 11 YO son.  He has a Mexican passport.  What is the application process to apply for him?  Do I need to wait until her Visa is in hand or can the application be filled out and submitted without her Visa number?
