Yeah I have the same problem too. You should check back later. I was able to pull up my travel records a few weeks ago but I test it recently and it said "No record found for traveler."

I have the court certification state that the "DA discharged the charges against me in the interest of justice, therefore no records are available". This is stamped and certified by the court clerk. Since I am not charged then there's no record, so this one is the only document that I can get from the law enforcement. Is that enough for the interview?
