I did appeal already and i sent the the proofs that the previous marriage was real do you think it will work guys sorry for being such a annoying person but I really need the answers 

The letter I got from USCIS says I can appeal the decision and how is that possible?

They saying that the green card i got through marriage should be 5 years then i can apply for petition to another spouse 

Got Denied for my i-130 to bring my spouse anybody know do i have a chance to win in the appeal? And any suggestions please what should I do? Thanks a lot for everyone!

but with the previous wife we applied for divorce January 16 it took 7 months

with a perminant resident card can i go overseas for 4-5 months and visit the US for 1 or 2 months and go to overseas again everytime or it would be a problem when entering to US?

why in some places says that to bring the spouse with a perminant resident card will take 3-6 month to be approved and then ones my spouse get a visa the rest of the process will take year and a half?

it will take 2 years for  my wife to go to visa?
