I don't think leadership at DOS matters. This is bureaucracy stuff. At most, they could have been behind due to the holidays or something like that.
You didn't receive government funding or something like that, right?
Its the 11th week since they received the no objection letter from my country. It wasn't a government funded program. I hope the status changes soon!

Is anyone waiting a really long time to get a favorable review from the DOS? My timeline is at 11 weeks and it still says pending...they replied to an email inquiry (after waiting 2 weeks for a reply) that said it was in review ...but its still just sitting there. Its a no objection waiver.
Are they just backed up right now due to the massive leadership loss at the DOS?

My case took 11 weeks after they received everything. You just have to wait....as hard as it is.
