Hi, I have my interview coming up. Do I need to have the  Affidavit of Support Document  originally signed by my spouse with me during my interview at embassy? Or will the photocopy suffice?

Hi, I wanted to know the implication of this movement for us?  My PD is 2017 April 5th. Good luck for your NOA2 may it come soon. We received ours on Dec 20. NVC says they received it from USCIS but are yet to enter it into their system.

Hi, I was just wondering if a spouse who has F2A petitioned for can fill for Diversity Visa lottery? How will it affect his F2A if s/he gets selected ? or does it affect her/his F2A petition even if s/he does not get selected for lottery?

Anyone got any idea?

Hi, I will be eligible for naturalization in Feb 2019, however I am planning to stay with my family back in Nepal for 3 months till December 2018.

So my question is, does this in anyway have any affect in my application process? I will be maintaining my residency in WA.
