I would still put it, you two lived together for 3 months. It doesn't hurt to put that since you two last lived together even though for a short time. I did same for mine.
Thanks bro . i already included it,

thanks fro the prompt reply, but she only came to the US for visitation and for the wedding, we actually just got married this January though, does that qualify as ''lived together''?

I'm a green card holder and at the process of petitioning for my wife who lives in our home country, by filling form I-130.
1. The question is do i need to file form I-130A as well, have called USCIS twice but there were unable to tell me which forms to include in the package.
2.on form I-130 on part 4 question 59.A, ''if we have lived together before" , she stayed with me last time she came to the US for like 3 months and go back to her country, do i need to type ''NEVER LIVED TOGETHER'' or not.
3. do i staple the package together or use paper clip.
thanks y'all
Joint Sponsor's and Case Number Questions
in Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to America
Posted
Hey Y'all, can someone please assists with the following questions;
1. Do I still need to add case number to each page even if I only have to submit all the financial and supporting docs onto the NVC online portal?
2. If the joint sponsor is in the army, do i need to check YES or NO to part 4 line 14 where they ask if '"you're an active member of the armed forces". although the question seems straight forward, however i'm a little bit confused with the instructions they have in parenthesis above line 14, it says " to be completed by petitioner sponsors only". Does that mean to be completed only by the petitioner but the joint sponsor should skip this part?
Thanks in advance guys.
