Do I send the I-134 Affidavit of Support Form on my I-129F Package?
I am following the gidelines provided here:

And the only mention of the I-134 Form is:
What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)
Is that it? The only official forms on the I-129F package are:
1) I-129F
2) G-325A (1 from me & another from my fiancee)
Is this correct?
I am in desperate need of this info so please anyone tat has allready done this please help me.

I cannot find the address where I should send my I-129F Package. I read at http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices...nia/aboutus.htm
that each form goes to a different PO box and diferent zip codes but does not show the I-129F form.
Can someone help me?

when reading the forms (i.e. the I-129F) they alawys say things like these:
18. Has your fiancé(e) met and seen you within the two-year period immediately receding the filing of this petition?
B.
You and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 daysof your fiancé(e) entering the United States, and areboth free to marry, and have met in person within twoyears before your filing of this petition unless:
DOES THAT MEAN THAT IF WE MET FIVE YEARS AGO WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE K1 VISA? EVEN IF I HAVE PROOF THAT WE HAVE BEEN TOGHETHER DURING ALL THIS TIME?
PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO COUSE Y REALLY WANT MY BABY WITH ME.

Having met 5 years ago is not the problem, you have to have seen each other in person within the 2 years prior to filing the petition and you have to have proof of this when you file.

Thankz, But I have another question. My mom can be my co-sponsor what form(s) do I/She have to fill out for that to be in place?
