Does anyone know what needs to be submitted for taxes information? Does it have to be Tax transcripts obtained from IRS website or actual copies of tax returns with w2?

My wife didn't get the letter till now only online status has been changed from "Case was received" to "Case was approved"

Is it normal? I mean it didn't say "Case was sent to Department of State"

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

My case got approved 8 days ago, and I received a letter, however online still not been updated... so

Got letter in the mail. Website still to this day shows "case received"

Approved 8/31/2017, case sent to NVC!!!!!!!!!!

Just called USCIS, spoke to Tier 2 officer, was told that the case got assigned to an agent on August 16th. She also said that the usual handling time by an agent is 2-3 weeks.

Hope this info helps anyone.

The earliest case that was just approved is from December 20th... so we got 2 months to go.

I130 still stuck at September 2nd.. must be kidding right?

I-130 processing times is updated again, however US Citizen is still stuck at September 2nd while permanent residents are at November 2nd... ####### is going on with Texas processing center??

Can someone explain about the timeline everyone is talking about? and where can I look at it?
