My husband is a permanent resident green card holder who moved the US September 2018. Does anyone know when his first estimated tax payment is due? Is it just for September - December or for the entirety of 2018?

I am a US citizen who filed the I130 in April 2017 for my alien relative (husband from Spain). We currently live and work in Barcelona while we are waiting out the process. Given the political/economic situation at the moment, his company is considering transferring him to another location. Our contact address is my parent's address in the US for logistical reasons. What I want to know is if the process would be affected if he gets transferred? Who(if anyone) would I have to notify?

I'm a US citizen petitioning for my Spanish husband. We both live and reside abroad  and sent in our I130 application last month. He recently changed his employer, does anyone know if/how we have to notify USCIS of this change.

I should have added that my father is a joint sponsor and has earned well over the 125% above poverty level for over 25 years. However, since I am the petitioner filing for my husband I didn´t know if my income had more impact than that of the joint sponsors.

I'm petitioning (I-130) for my husband and we both live and work outside the US. Salaries here are much lower than in the states and I have seen they like to see about 125% above the poverty level. My question is if living abroad with lower salaries would greatly affect us when we reach the affidavit of support stage. I'm considering moving back to the US to look for a job so we can hopefully avoid issues with this. Any advice or suggestions are welcome!

My husband was hoping to start an MBA program but we probably will not have received a decision on his I130 petition before application deadlines. I know I can file I485 to adjust his status and I765 for work authorization, but does anyone know if he can also apply to MBA programs as well? TIA!

I just assumed that the interview stage is when they would review photos, cards, Skype calls etc. However on the I-130 it says to submit any relevant documents to prove an ongoing relationship, so is this when all of these documents should be sent in?

I'm and American citizen married to a Spanish citizen living in Barcelona. We are starting the I 130 process to move to the US. We were told by one worker that we could apply from abroad and when we move my husband could file additional documents to adjust his status and live and work in the US while waiting for his decision on the I 130.

Today I was told by a different worker that if we file the I 130 while we are living abroad my husband would not be able to enter the states until a decision has been made and petitions filed from abroad are currently backlogged about 6 years. Anyone have experience or can offer input or suggestions with this.
