  1. Hey guys,

I have a couple of questions regarding my K1. First off, I am 22 years old and living as a student in Australia, Sydney and plan to hopefully move in with my fiance who lives in Florida. I filed our I-129F form around the 10th of February 2017 and received our NOA1 on the 6th of April. We originally filed it to the Texas Lockerbox but we were lucky it seems to have it routed to the California Service Center.

Reflecting back to the I-129F package that we sent I feel as we didn't provide enough proof of meeting. We both submitted signed letters acknowleding that we have met in person and provided evidence in the form of airline tickets, photos together, specific dates that we were together on multiple occassions, and a few receipts from when we were together doing activities such as disney / universal. I am seeing a lot of people submit actual texts and phone bills etc, and frankly I am feeling that the evidence I provided is now minimal in comparison to what others have submitted, could this lead to a RFE? or am I just overthinking things.

Also I have a question in regards to dual citizenship. I have Australian Citizenship through birth but also obtained german citizenship from my mother who is a german citizen by birth. Will this affect my visa process at all? And would this be something appropriate to bring up in my interview (providing I get that far)? I was not aware that I actually had this citizenship until of recent.
