Hello everyone, Happy Thanksgiving..

I am a Permanent resident I have submitted my wife and daughters under the age 5. I have submitted  I-130 back in July 2016 and its end of November 2017.  Called for inquiry couple months ago and letter came stated  case is still under processing time, Any Help anyone came across with this situation how long do i have to wait till i get anything. I also have new born son couple of months ago while my i-130 is still pending my attorney told me they will call to add him in application. Any help is really appropriated. Thank you.

"very critical situation" A US citizen applied for his 34yrs unmarried daughter (but she was married) its happen because very unprofessional immigration consultant suggested fast root to get his daughter in US by showing her Unmarried, Long story short Embassy found out after inquires that applicant is married and is not eligible for Immigrant visa. what will happen next she haven't receive the decision yet, will she be barred to enter US forever. Is US citizen will be in trouble any reply is highly appreciated.

Hello beautiful People,

anyone please may know how long is I-130 taking in these days from California Service center to process, I submitted for my wife and my 5yrs and 3 yrs daughters back in July 2016 on Green Card still waiting my family is in Pakistan. I know its quicker then before, I heard rumors that now a days I-130 and rest immigrant visa process on GC is almost very similar to being applied by US citizenship its almost taking same amount of time get visa, how true is this folks.

Do you know if UK Embassy check your Green Card validation before they issue a visa,  just curios,mine is about to expire with in 8month getting ready to renew, why they don't require certify copy or original GC with visa application. they must have someway to authenticate GC.

I PR in USA applying for UK tier 1 Entrepreneur investment visa any one please know how UK embassy check your residency status I see they ask you Green card copy not original do they have access to DHS status chk should i notarized my GC copy before i send them i don't know how they check US residency validation, I know bio metric fingerprints are handle by DHS before you apply any UK visa. I ask I am due renewal I have 10yrs GC renewal could take up to a year. any help highly appropriated related to this matter
