  1. Just got to the US and everything was great, CBO was a lovely man and no problem at all. I arrived at JFK and everything went just perfect. Coming back to my country in a week. Just be honest, answer every question truly and you will be just fine. We are not doing anything illegal so be true to yourself and you got it!.

    Good luck to you all!

  2. Hi there LcKearns

i am in the same situation. I am Spanish and my Husband is an American citizen. We both live in Spain but for work he is in The US a lot. So we did the petition from Spain. Not planing to move until the process is done but certainly I can visit on my ESTA for a couple of days here and there as far as you don't intend to inmigrate illegally.

  3. Just a question. If the USC lives overseas with the non USC spouse and the USC filed the petition for the spouse because they are planning to move back to the US in the future, will they question the non USC spouse if she travel to the US on a VWP. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever

  4. Hi there. I just started the immigration process a month ago. I am planing to visit the US with my 4 year old boy on my ESTA.  My boy has a US passport. We live in Spain. My husband is a US citizen that works and lives in the USA. We are going to spend Eastern holidays in the US to visit my mother in law that has been a little sick lately. What should I tell the officers if I am asked? Should I bring any extra documentation?. Little worried after reading some posts in this forum. Any tips?

  5. Hi there. I am a Spanish citizen and my husband is a US citizen. We have been marry for 6 years. We married in the US but we have never lived there. We have a dual citizen child of 4 years old born in Madrid. We started our immigration process a month ago sending all the papers to Chicago. My husband is working in the US while I wait for the whole visa process in my home country. Anybody knows if the US authorities have any special consideration with a US citizen 4 year old child for inmigración process? Any idea of the time frame for this situations? And also...any issue about the two of us going to visit the father with an on going immigration process?

    many thanks in advance!

  6. Hi There

My husband and I have been living overseas since we got married 6 years ago. We have a child that was born in Spain but already a dual nationality. He is a US citizen and I am from Spain. He got a job in the US so he is currently in the US and I am waiting in Spain until my process is due to join him. We just got a confirmation a week ago that The USCS has been accepted. I would like to know if there is anybody from Spain or in my situation. What is approximately the time frame for the process to be done and also if I can travel to visit my husband during the process.

    thank you
