Yes she's not in the US at the moment.

So he already holds green card for the past 2 years, so what you're saying they will have to get married outside the US and when he come back alone to the US he should file for her green card? is it a special process? cause i know only citizen can apply for spouse green card.

A good friend of mine won the green card lottery 2 years ago, things happened and he fell in love with a girl outside of the US.

My question is if she can adjust her status trough his green card? i know you have to be a in order to give someone your benefits but since it was a lottery and not trough marriage so i thought maybe there's another way/option.
