Hi, so I just read that you actually filled a new affidavit of support for an interview.

Do I have to do that if I sent such form for aos? Cause there’s written to fill a new one unless already submitted

Yeah but we already have tickets... I thought I would have green card till that time, but now everywhere is written that you have to wait like a year for an interview! Hopefully they’re going to schedule my interview after a trip, cause that’s when it’ll be a year of my waiting.

Thank you very much for your replies!! Yes I do have an advance parole, so I can travel! But how do I reschedule my interview if I’ll be outside the USA? Don’t I have to mail them something or I can do it online? 

Hi everybody, I have a question! I got my combo card (work authorization and advance parole) but I’ve been waiting for an interview for green card 6 months! We already planned our trip to my home country this summer and I’m afraid I’m not gonna have my green card till that time! Can I travel outside the USA without green card but with my combo card? Do I have to tell immigration office about my trip so they won’t schedule my interview at that time? I’ll be thankful for any information 

Hi, who knows do I need to bring NOA2 for an interview? 

Well they asked me to write or A number or a case number, so I wrote that one with kev and everything is fine) it's about a medical examination 

 hopefully I won't need it now, so my fiancé will have time to file  an inquire 

and I'll wait for an embassy's reply

Yes, they sent me e-mail with that number, and my fiancé has already got a letter from NVC with the same case number

Hi everyone! Here is a question, what to do if we already got a mail from nvc and from embassy too, but still don't have a NOA 2, and even on uscis it's not updated?
