Hello... we had the interview and was asked to provide more proof to show US domicile... Can someone kindly advise how long is the wait after we've submitted more documents to prove US domicile? Thanks in advance

We were not asked for a W2 but we did provide a confirmation of employment letter and pay stubs to show my spouse was able to financially sponsor me.
thanks! One more question... Do you receive P4 via mail? What is included in P4?

Oops I meant to say I included my spouse's T1 not T5. I have downloaded his previous T4 for 2016. I hope not having any previous W2's will be an issue.
Hi Acidrain,
My wife is in Canada for the last 4 years and do not W2 too. We uploaded her T4 for 2016. Do the interviewer asked for W2?

I don't understand what's taking so long to have an interview scheduled at Montreal.
My husband is from BC and I'm from Texas.
I'm that information helped you a bit. At the very least it might give you some dates to look forward to. I do have to admit that it's nice to know that we aren't the only ones here waiting on Montreal!!
I might call them again today...
I am waiting for Montreal's interview too... BTW, can I move to US 6 months after visas is issued? I have a project that is going to start soon. It would be irresponsible for me to leave once it has started and I cannot tell them my plan yet...

Congratulations🎈🎈🎉.
It depends on your on the embassy / Consulate in your country. NVC will send you an official case completed email in exactly one week from today it's even possible that you get case completed email and interview letter back to back that's what happened to me
i recevied an email from NVC yesterday and my CEAC status is COMPLETED. Does NVC mail the interview letter or they notfy you the date via email? I'll be travelling in May... Do you think the interview will be in April?

what are my chances that i will be attending the interview in April?

Just received CC today. Does anyone know when can I expect to have my interview at Montreal? Thanks in advance.

I have paid AOS and IV fee online. My lawyer is supposed to start AOS and IV. I've read the NVC process but believe it was for mail instead of electronic processing.
I am confused about AOS and IV packages. Are those packages sent by NVC to the petitioner?

TSC
Approval date : 09/26
NVC Receive: 10/24
Still no case number
was advised to call back by end of the week
Baby steps ...
Hi Lazybones,
how do you know NVC has received your file? I was from TSC too and have similar approval date as you. I received a mail 2 weeks ago from USCIS informing me they have mailed my file to NVC.

Typically how long does it takes to get the interview date once I-130 has been approved? Based on the time line, I think it takes 4-5 months. Is my estimate correct?

My PD is February 27, and I FINALLY got the NOA2 approval September 11!!!
Got the mail late.
Finally!! So happy to be past this stage!
No RFE.
Called uscis and they said they sent my petition, so I called NVC and they said they're still waiting for the mail package from uscis. So I'll be calling NVC next week to check again.
To all february filers i hope you guys got your approvals, if not then don't worry I'm sure you'll get yours this week!
Good luck to all filers this year, glad we can all keep on helping eachother! 🙏🏼❤️
Hi JonnyKtao,
I have the same PD date as you but have not receive NO2 approval yet... Would like to know what is the status if you checked it online? Does your status still shows received 17 Feb?

There was no need to call! I just received an e-mail from our attorney saying we got approved at August 24 Such a happiness. Feeling so overwhelmed emotionally that I woke up my husband from his sleep! Wish luck to everyone! The process definitely needs a lot of patience.
They sent to your lawyer instead of petitioner? Me and my wife lives in Canada and was worried that they might sent to her US address instead...
