Hi ya'll, very weird question! How many total passport size photos should I send with my AOS package? Also as an F1 student married to US Citizen, what documents should I send with my I-130 as an evidence of our bonafied marriage (we have tons of pictures, joint savings and checking accounts, DL with the same address on it, internet bill) ? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi ya'll I have a question for AOS application. I am F1 student and in the process of AOS through marriage. My question is, do i need to submit any joint documents, such as; joint bank accounts, pictures, utility bills, sworn affidavits from third party or any kind of documents to prove bonafide marriage with my wife (USC)? or Should I wait until the actual interview and then bring all those documents? Because I am ready with my package but just trying to collects documents together. Please need some advice, thanks in advance.

Hi ya'll I am in the process of sending out my package and printing out the forms to sign them. Question is where should I sign because in the box, the "Don't forget to sign" covers the whole box and I tried to remove it but I can't, please help.

Hi everybody, I have a very silly but important question. I got married in March 2017 with a USC as an F1 student with no income and my wife is filing for her tax returns for 2016 FY. Will i be able to file jointly with her even if I was unemployed and had no income? I was thinking if it was possible I could do it and it will be very helpful to prove my marriage as bona fide,. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi one more question, Do I need to sign I 864 in front of a notary public?

So I am applying for AOS being an F1 student married to USC in the US. So my question is regarding I-864. My wife is a full time student and doesn't earn enough to support me. So my father in law is sponsoring me. Does my wife need to fill out I-864 also, even though she doesn't earn enough? or it's ok if only my father-in-law fills out as a joint sponsor and provide his documents? I hope my question makes sense. Also I worked on campus for few months, do I need to submit my W2's and docs? Thank you for your help.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

Hi all, I am all done with my documents and evidence and everything is ready to get packaged. I have a question and a request. Could anyone share their experience with how they send the package, I mean I know I can send it through USPS but I want to know how to put it all together. I am an F1 student married to USC, wife's parents sponsoring me as a joint sponsor. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
-
Thank you for your response, If I may ask, what vaccines did your husband need according to his age so that way I know what I have to get for myself so that I don't end up taking the one's I don't have to and waste money for it. Thank you so much.

I am an F1 student visa holder in the US and married to a US Citizen, in the process of AOS. My question is about the medical examination. I have no income so I am trying to save some money and trying to find a cheaper doctor near Cincinnati,OH area. If anyone know anything about good, cheap USCIS doctors in this area, please share your experience and let me know how much did it cost. Any help greatly appreciated, thank you.
-
Oh ohk I didn't knew that. Well I hope your goes smooth and you get it nicely and I really appreciate your help, God bless you? Please do share your interview experience, looking forward to hear some good news.

It's US Bank and I guess I will just tell her to keep her last name as is. What documents are you taking with you to the interview?
-
I can't thank you enough, thank you very much for the information because I really wanted to talk with someone who was in my situation. Did you get your interview done yet? I was trying to open an account with my last name on my wife's name but they are asking for proof that her last name is changed and I don't have any! So does she need to change her last name or it's fine if she doesn't? I will have joint acc, utility bill and I will prob ask my in laws to write me a letter. Also how mich did it cost you for the medical check up? Thanks and i am sorry if I am asking too many questions. ?
-
Hey thank you so much for your detailed response, I really appreciate it. So did you hire any lawyer in this whole process or just did everything by yourself? Also I live my wife in her parents house and they will be my joint sponsor as me my wife both are full time student right now. We do have millions of pictures togethere over this past 3 years of relationship and your idea seems really smart, didn't think about it. So do you mind if I ask you where did you file your case, I mean what office? Thnk you again.

Hi, I have few questions if you could please help me out. Did you got married here in the US and then filed your case? If yes, did you get married in court? What documents did you show as joint documents and how did you file everything? Did you also send pictures in the mail?
