hey guys  I  send my REF on Oct 12 it been almost 60 still no update any advices

hello guys uscis sent me a REF on 17 of July still now i have not received any mail, what should i do

Firstly did you move? If yes are you receiving the orange form change of address from them when you make an online request to send the EAD? 

My situation was I moved and when I requested online they said request completed and they would send me the orange form. I filled it and sent it back to them but still no EAD. Then I went through my congressman and with the help of his office I got my EAD within a month.

guys my said it was mailed but it been 7 working days and  i have not received anything. the Uscis called the apartment office that i stay with my sister's husband and the office told them that i don't live there , because  my name is not on the lease what do i do, and waiting for my EAD

please  i need advice the homeland security just called the apartment i live with my in law and the told them i don't live there because my names not listed  in the lease what should i do
