On Nvc status it still says require document require ,  i will like to know if the is an error message Becos we submitted all required document in one envelope by mail . And again how long will it take Nvc to complete my application, thanks

When you sent package it had the affidavit? If so, call and if you have a copy, send it

And now what? Interview? When more or less they assign it?

If you sent your documents to NVC via mail processing, give it 2-4 weeks before you call NVC to confirm scan date.

If you sent your documents to NVC via email processing, give it 3 business days and call NVC to confirm.

 

You can track your case by logging onto CEAC, however, it may not be updated until someone picks up the case and reviews it.

Questions: we send thr documents yesterday to NVC. They will receive it on Tuesday, 1) When more or less they have a scan day 2) After that scan day what is the average time to complete the case and if when they completed they assign the appoitment in consulate 3) When They assign the appoitment they do it in how many days average after the case is completed.

This is important to me in order to manage the timeline in my job.

Call USCIC...I think sometime lawyers delays things thats why we do it for ourselves

Question: By the moment I send the package and the moment to be approved in NVC, how many weeks are (now, in this moment based in recent approvals) 

After that, for the appoiment.

Mine was on 13 and approved on 27, and cominicated on 28. That means by May 10 or 11 you should receive something....

Keep calling! I noticed that they pay more attention! I have seen security warnings and they include ES fron US goverment, maybe they are taking more time for that. Keep positive! You will see!!

Looks like having a lawyer changes things slightly. We didn't have to fill out DS-261 and both the AOS and IV fees were invoiced simultaneously.

NVC received case on April 19, 2017 but they havent assign a number, as of today. What should we do? Keep calling or what?

Hi Yani! I am in the DR too... but your process has been faster. I just received Noa 2 on April 13 and now waiting for NVC number. Lets see! 

Call and ask a supervisor. If they are not available, ask them to call you when they have one available. They will call you and said what you receive, rectify addresss and that they sent the package to NVC. What they have not sent is the Noa2 (via mail) but you are approved (for what i understand)
