Thanks for your response. I have realized that as well on the USCIS processing page.  I am assuming they are still working on AOS's for 2015 then right?  I guess since i am a October 2017 filer, I am more than likely be called for an AOS interview in 2019.

I have filed AOS in October 2017. I reside in Maryland.  Does any on here filed the same time or two or 3 months (July, August, September) and already called for an interview?

My Field Office would more like be Baltimore

I don't think it's a major concern, just wanted to know if other who filled around the same time are experiencing a delay as well

I am just going to share my timeline thus far since I am in the process of waiting on a letter for my Marriage-Based GC Interview.

September 29th, 2017 - Sent of Package (I-130, I-1485, I-765, I-131)

October 2, 2017 - Package was received by USCIS

October 4, 2017 - Confirmation letters (i-797) received for I-130, I-1485, I-765, I-131

October 20, 2017 - ASC Appointment Letter received for Biometrics 

December 14, 2017 - Letter Received for Address Change

December 28, 2017 -Letter sent for Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)

January 19, 2018 - Mailed additional evidence which was spouse 2016 tax Transcript

January 19, 2018 - Received letter of receipt for evidence sent

February 7, 2018 -  Action of Notice sent for approved EAD (I-765), AP (I-131)

February 9, 2018 -  EAD and AP Combo received

???????? -  No letter of Interview date yet and status on USCIS is still as follows:

I-130

Let me know if anyone who applied and lives in the state of Maryland having the same issue or similar issue.

I got married earlier this year and I started to work without having a work permit because my spouse could not afford it at the point in time.  Now i am filling out my I-485 (New Form) and the are asking if I ever worked in the USA illegal. What should I put? 

My wife came on a F-1 (student visa) but the visa expires 2018 however, her i-120 already expired after her OPT (Optional Practical training)

Question:

How long can you be out of status in the United States before filing for Adjusting Status to PR after marriage?

I am in the final process. Paperwork are completed and Medical Report has been completed a Month ago. I am now in the process  of doing a criminal report. Where is the best place to get a criminal report to attach with your i-485?

Did immigration accepted it?

My spouse and I just got married in February and we are filling to AOS. We reside in the basement in a friend's home. We pay rent every month. The problem I am having is that my spouse never got a lease when she moved in last year because the landlord is his best friend. 

Since we we don't have a lease of where we live what should we present to prove a bone fide marriage about our resident?

Question as per preparing Affidavit from Third party (Family or Friend)

If I did not have anyone at our wedding what do i put in place of #8 for the Affidavit by Third party, " I was a witness at [NAMES]wedding on [DATE]."

I got the I-693 sealed from the Doctor last week. I had to do STD test and a much of vaccines. So that's already covered.

i-864 - Affidavit of Support

I am not for if the Petitioner needs an G-325 but you guys can let em know what is missing and advice as to if a G-325 is needed for the Petitioner.

Status of Last Entry...I put F1-Student

and it went on to ask, Current Immigration Status. For that field I am not certain since I have no status because OPT work card expires.

i came as a student but I am still on my 60 days grace period from my OPT. I don't know what is my status because on my I-94 it states D/S

So are you saying where it stated, "Which USCIS Office?" You put for A number which is the 9 digits on your old EAD card?

After that it states dates, what dates are they looking for?

Hello Good day,

I need some help with anotger matter. I came to the US for school in 2013 and graduated in December 2015. I applied for OPT and work from February 2016 yo February 2017. During my OPT I found the love of my life and we got married. We got married 5 days after my OPT was expired.

Question:

1. Since I was on OPT and the USCIS issued me an EAD Card, should I specify that on the new EAD form (i-765) I am preparing to get my new EAD Card?
