Plus on his I 751 his date of divorce is wrong,my DOB is wrong.

I am out  right noe,so I will be very short.Yes it was legitimate agency.And it is not one of the two you named,the third one.They came to talk to him because they were investigating guy whos name he used on his tourist visa,so he became part of  investigation.

I have pic of him with her and kids while we were married and people's comments under,good looking family,finally reunited,her responses,happy and all togethetr.

Her posted pic of his brother in his house with comment:he has best sister in law,look what I maid for my brother in law.I have people's testimonies about his marriage,so what else do I need?

So,some officials came to talk to him about person he put as a contact person in his tourist visa.So,I was there when they were asking questions,thats how a know.And yes I did sent two emails to Embassy after I learned about.There is lot more,but I am at work right now.And kids are small,one is 4,he came over 3 years ago,so baby was just born when we started talking

I had an appointment this morning at local USCIS office,went there with letter and evidence and they told me to go back to post office and send it my mail.

I do have evidence of him having other women and kids in his Country,pics,people's messages to me,....

I am going to post office as soon as open,what else should be done

Just an update,my app with local office is on Monday,and just yesterday somebody sent me album named"in love"with him and his unfocumented wife and kids,from her fb profile.Fo you guys think with other stuff I have and this they will see it as fraud?Thank you all,Good bless you

No,I did not.Didnt think about it.I am done with letter,printed out all the evidence,already made app with local office,but have to wait to do it on my dat off.(working 12 hours a day),

So,what do you think will happend when they open his envelope with I 751 waiver app and Certifie1 court disposition of DWI only?

ok,   I was outside on my break ,and made all this errors .I didn't know about baby mama,babies,baby mama still at his address until now .I was going thru FB profiles of all of his family members and her name came up, they have a different last name,on one of their profiles ,they have like 5 all together.

As much as I know for ROc hi sended i751 app and DWI certified copy from court.

Yes,I do have all the pics,all the comments,other people messages sended to me after they learned how he came over here.We dont have not even one pic,Iv learned leter he has cousin here,but never met him,he never invited them to visit us

Thank you so much,I know it was my fault for letting this happend.No,never meet any of them,never spoke with any of them,after we separated some people came forward and told me about everything,about his 3,4 fake facebook profiles he used to be in contact with his family.When he went back to visit his I guess wife and kids she was posting their pics all over fb,talking about her husband.

Thanks for advice,but we are already divorced,3 months after he got his GC we were separated.

Thank you,just hoping they will check all his documents,from embassy too.I was talking with some organisation and they have his app for tourist visa he applied just couple months before we meet,where he stated he was married with kids,and on k-1 he is single.

Thank you for replying.He was never legally married to her,but they have been living together for a long time.One child was under 1 year old when we got married.As much as I know girl was in all this with him,I guess he promised to her to bring her here after everything is done.I was never introduced to any of his family members nor they know about me.His kids werent on documents on any of app until ROC and I think he disclosed them know on waiver.I'v already reported him to ICE via tip line,but I dont know if they are looking in to.Thanks do for your info.

I am sorry to bother all of you with a mess I have put myself in,but advice of any kind will be appreciated.Iv got married thru k1,btw I was petitioner,as soon as my ex got GC he went back to his Country of origin without of me knowing.I started my own little  investigation finding out he has baby mama and two kids there who he never separated  from,she is in his house,his family is calling her daughter in law, she is talking about  herself as his wife.I have all the pics and conversions between her and his brother, sisters,his other family members.But everything is on his language.I am planning  to go to local USCIS, but I am wondering  if that is good evidence,because is not on English.It is time for his ROC,he has dwi and not to much of evidence.One year of tax return,sams club membership,he was never on any utility bill,he never participate in household bills.Thank you all for taking time to read and please guide  me,whats best thing to do.
