I know that, thats why im saying it. I agree if he wants to leave because is either that or we starve and be homeless with a newborn baby.

Also my husband was considering going back to his country and work over there because he just cant wait any longer and seeing me having difficulty working is starting to worry him. Im the only one that works and i wont be able to work in a couple of weeks..

Hello everyone quick update i got RFIE on June 24 They Recieved July 14.. Is mid August and I havent gotten a Reply yet, Did inquiries and they told me by that if i havent gotten a responce by the 20th to call, what do you guys think?. This is ensane, im pregnant now and wont be able to work and they havent issued ead to my husband.. i did a request of expedite but the guy on the phone said to wait 30 days since i did inquiry

i have a question: december 22 my case was recieved and biometrics was on Jan 25th.. im still waiting while ive been seeing everyone get their work permit or a responce from uscis. My case number starts with MSC. Is anyone else on the same boat?

I'm so sad because my husband wants to work😩 and travel to places but without anything he cant really do anything.

Ok so Remember I was just calming somebody down yesterday about the approval  now here we go. Right after I wrote that post I called my baby and went to sleep. I told him to check the mailbox as some folks are getting their approvals by snail mail. He said nothing was in the morning mail but he will check in the afternoon and we will talk tomorrow. When I woke up I saw that he send me a message at 3am my time to call him when I get up. My heart started to beat faster but I didnt want to get any big hopes and be dissapointed. I called him couple times but he didnt Pick up, still sleeping Because of time difference. He called me when he got up and guess what? YES! We got APPROVED!!! With the date of May 5th!!! I started jumping and screaming, didnt Care that Im at work  im soooo relieved, it is so much worth to wait! 

 

Dont give up guys! Your day is coming!  soon everybody will get APPROVED!

I originally filed on January 25ish BUT in my haste to make sure everything was perfect, I literally forgot to sign the darn application  They sent it back as a rejection (womp womp) but the person who reviewed my file was kind enough to include a note saying it happens more than one would think and put a little sign here sticker with a laughing face on it. At least someone has a sense of humor over at the USCIS office lol. I sent it back that very same day. New NOA1 date is 2/14/2017 <3 Let's hope that time flies.

We have almost the same exact dates lol my NOA1 i got it on 21st of Feb and im filling for my fiance in DR as well... I cant wait any longer

Usually the website will update as soon as they enter that you're approved and then you'll receive the letter in the mail a week or so later. Electronic notifications are always before the snail mail notification.

It's a little soon, put the petitioner will need to fill out the affidavit of support and compile all the evidence for that. The beneficiary will need to do their medical and get the police reports, but that is recommended to do about a month before the interview date. You'll also want to take more evidence of the relationship since you sent in the i-129f app and also updated letters of intent to marry. If I'm missing anything it should be on the VJ guides.

Another question, If approved and for some odd reason i dont recieve the letter. How long until the website online updates to approved?

It was received on:  Feb 16, 2017

NAO1 Received on: February 21, 2017

When I check my status online it says: 

Case Was Received

On February 16, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by March 18, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.   

Anyone else has the same thing?  Let me know. What should I expect?

As your I-129F was accepted by the Lockbox, assigned receipt number WACXXXXXXXX, and was shipped to the California Service Center for further processing.  A receipt notice was mailed to the address provided on the application and should receive the notice by March 4, 2017.\

Should I be expecting another letter form them?
