Hi! This is melanie from the philippines, me and my american fiancé planning to marry on may. But we are confusing about getting his legal capacity to marry in manila embassy. because he will arrived here on may 4th then leave here on may 19th. Google said. He need to get an appointment first. But the problem is. If he get an appointment by may 4th. How long it will takes for getting the legal capacity to marry? Thanks. We really need help.

Oh wow! Umm. No, we are planning to stay in california. Where he lives. We just wanted to marry here so i can easily go there. Did you guys marry here in pinas?
