Do you know if siblings can petition for siblings that are over 21 years old?

My  husband has family (a sister) in Haiti and just heard that Biden has extended the Venezuelan advanced parole/asylum to Haiti allowing 30,000 migrants into the US monthly.  Does anyone know how to apply for this?   Does the US citizen apply or does the family member wishing to come to the US apply?  Does anybody have any information on this topic?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fix the signature and return the whole package as is, all the markings are from them scanning or processing your paperwork into their system.  I forgot to sign something and I just signed it and sent it all back.

For the tax information to send for the AOS form I-864, is it better to send the 3 years worth of tax information or is the 1 year ok (which is so weird to me how its 1 year or 3 years).  The reason I ask is because this past year is the first year I filed alone.  I had been married (divorced now) and had been filing with my ex.  I'd rather just send my last years tax statement in but if it's better to do the last 3 years I will.  Thanks for your help once again.

If my NOA1 came in an envelop with Potomac Service Center's address does that mean it was 'transferred' there from Chicago, where I had sent it?  I am just trying to figure out if I should put that in my timeline and also so I know if that is the service center I should be watching.  Thank so much for your help.

Thank you! So I just looked at the envelope that my NOA1 came in and it is from Potomac Service Center, does that mean that is where our case was sent after sending it to Chicago? Or do all notices get mailed from there?

Hello everyone! I am wondering how do I find out if my case is transferred?  I sent the I-130 to Chicago and received the NOA1 but how will I know where it's transferred or if it's  transferred?
