    hi guys need a quick info..... its been 5 weeks today since my scan date was june 29...... today i checked the status,its sayin its 'at nvc'.......... and the aos got dissappeared,.........so does this mean i am complete..... what should i do next.... coz i am right here jumping all over.... its been 1year 4 months this whole process.... so hoping this pain will be over now.... thanks guys all up here are amazing always helped one another....

    After pressing 1 for English, the options are:

     

    1, to verify priority date

    2, to establish an agent, request fee bill or invoice number

    3, to verify that they received your mail

    4, to confirm date and time of interview

    5, to update your mailing address, phone number, email address

    6, if your case is at a US embassy or consulate overseas

    7, for all other questions

     

    Once you confirm receipt of your 1st scan date. Then add yourself to our spreadsheet. Then you can add the 2nd scan date on there when they receive your 2nd mail.. Although, we had another case from April that just like you sent another document but 1 month after  the first package, but they had received it before reviewing their file so it still got completed within 9 weeks from her first scan date in April. ;)

I WILL DO AS SOON AS I CALL THEM ON MONDAY COZ THEY HAVENT STILL CONFIRMED MY  IST SCAN DATE BUT I THINK BY MONDAY I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE 2ND ONE AS WELL...SO HOPEFULLY THEY DONT GET CONFUSED AND REVIEW BOTH AT THE SAME TIME ......THANKS APPRECIATE UR HELP..     thanks JBMG i just sent the second package....with the cover doc, copy of pcc and a letter.... thanks really appreciate the help....atleast i knew now rather than waitin for 8 weeks....so they recieved my 1st package on monday.. i think the second package should reach this weekend or the next monday... should i just call them and give them a heads up that i have sent 2 or jus wait till they recieve the second one and then call to confirm.... thanks

    Am from Kenya but I lived in South Africa before and that the pcc I was missing and when I saw your experience my heart skip like oh God I can't take another checklist but maybe not they know what they need from each country .

    HI GUYS, NEED A QUICK INFO. SO I CALLED THE NVC TO REVIEW MY DS 261..... ONCE HE REVIEWED HE SAID MY AOS FEES IS STLL IN PROCESS... ONCE THAT GETS DONE THEY WILL UNLOCK THE 320 FEES FORM.. I ASKED HIM IN THE MEAN TIME WHAT CAN I DO, HE SAID IF ALL UR DOCUMENTS ARE READY U CAN SEND IT NOW......... NOW I DONO WHETHER THATS THE TRUTH COZ I HAVE SEEN EVERYONE DOIN IT ONLY AFTER SUBMITTING THE 260  AND PAY FEES RIGHT... SO WHAT CAN I DO SHOULD I WAIT OR JUS SEND ALL THE DOCS RIGHT NOW....

    its the same way talk to those agents and ask them that u want to speak to a tier 2 officer....and they take ur LIN number down and say they wll call u back... they will give u a estimate...for me it was 260 minutes....
