Request for evidence/request for initial evidence. If something was missing from your file they would've sent you a notice asking for it. I got a rfie for my I864, and got my ead and ap on time but I'm still waiting on my aos
Oh ok. I didn't get any of that. I was reading earlier on in this thread that people application that are in the NBC office tend to wait a long time.

RFIEs will reset the time you've been waiting back to day 0 the moment they receive your response.
RFEs will pause the time you've waited until they receive a response, then time processing will resume from where it left off.
If you've had either of these on your EAD/AP applications, this would explain your guys' 150+ day wait, because it's not actually 150+ days anymore, and of course the longer you wait to respond, the longer it's going to take to process.
Now if you didn't have any RFEs/RFIEs and you're waiting 150+ days, then that's cause for concern. Cheers.
I only did the EAD, I'm not sure what RFEs/RFIEs means...... I'm married to a disabled military vet would make very thing slowed down?

That is CRAZY. What's the reason ? Did you have any RFE ? Did you raise an SR ? I admire your patience
Lol thanks I do have a RFE, I checked like everyday nothing. I did a service request last month and on the screen it says I'm within the normal time frame. Maybe I should have called

Any november filers here still waiting on EAD with no RFE. I am a december filer (12/22), no RFE yet and no news yet on my EAD/AP. I raised SR day 92 , standard reply saying wait.
What should i do? spoke to level 2 officer on day 95 and today day 106. Standard replies.
Anyone who was waiting on EAD with no RFE beyond 100 days, what steps did you take? i am losing my mind
I'm still waiting on multiple EAD and it's been 136 days

I put in my AOS November 18 2016 and uscis got it November 22nd, I did my biometric on January 4th , and I have not received my work permit. With all that's going on in the country I'm beginning to worry about the interview or one day ice do a random search , and asked for identification. I would really like to hear your thoughts

I hear you. But from Ive been reading on this whole website, a lot of people get their EAD/AP cards sometimes even before the biometrics!!! That really makes me think that it's not connected, that the BIO appt is for the actual green card. So that's good, you can kind of be sure that they are already working on your case!
Some people do walk-ins, but it looks like it doesn't matter, it doesn't affect the timeline anyway.
