So I finally spoke to a human at USCIS! On the 14th we were transferred to Texas, then on the 16th our file was sent back to Nebraska, where we originally filled, who is still processing August 9th. The woman said that based on our PD of 10/27/2016 and how many files they are processing per day we are looking at around 90 DAYS  until the NOA2/decision is made. This is insane and based on that and current processing times at the NVC our whole process wont be over until late October or November! I am really hoping that someone has different information and this woman was crazy or something  really, really sad that they seem to be up to 8 months on I-130 approval times. 

Hi Jnicole i think after transfer we conte  30 days we have approved , for u for exemple  u approved between 15 april and 30april i think!!
