We have been waiting over 6 months for our I130 approval. My wife has a B1/B2 Visa. We have been living in Ireland and will have our interview (my spouse) in Dublin.
We want to visit the U.S. for 6 months using my wife's B1/B2 visa. I am a U.S. citizen The question is: If my wife's I130 is approved while we are visiting The USA can we file for
adjustment to status in The USA and finish off the green card procedure from there?

My wife has applied for a green card. She still has many months to wait. Can she travel to the US to visit our daughter? She has a B1/B2 visa.

I have petitioned for a spousal visa. I am an American citizen and my wife is Irish. I filed to I130 and got a receipt. Nebraska service centre being used. How about filing a form I-129F so she can get a K-3 visa so we can go through interviews, etc in The USA?
Thank you

My wife has a B1/B2 visa. Our daughter is living in Arizona and I have retired. Can we enter the USA with the B1/B2 visa and then change my wife's status so we can
go through interviews, etc in The USA?
Thank you

I was ready to mail my packet of I-130 plus my two 325a forms. I then noticed a new form which I never saw before. Which do I file, the 325a or the I-130a for my spouse? I am
trying to get a green card for my spouse. I am American. Please reply ASAP as I am set to go with the 325a form.

I am going to file form I-130 through the Dublin Consulate. There is a question on the form that asks: Address in The United States where your relative intends to live? We don't have an address yet since we are living in Ireland. How do I answer this?

You only have one option. Spousal visa.
But should I do it now in Ireland or wait until we get to The USA in September?

My wife and I have been married for 28 years. We lived in The USA for 13 years. I am a U.S. citizen and she is an Irish citizen. She had a green card for the 13 years we lived in The USA.. We have now lived in Ireland for 14 years. We want to return to The USA.
She now has a B1/B2 which we have used for 2 years. There are 8 years left on it.
We plan on moving back to The USA in September of 2017. It is now late Feb. 2017.
What would be the best route to obtain a green card in the shortest time period?
Thank you.

Is it a problem to file an affidavit of support by the sponsor and also an exemption to affidavit of support by the immigrant. Immigrant worked 11 years in USA about 15 years ago and will receive social security benefits when she reaches appropriate age.
