Did u hear anything from immigration. My lawyer wrote letter to local office in November. Didn’t hear anything yet

I can actually share my experience now! So my interview was past Tuesday and it was horrible. Officer was rude and with attitude all he did is made me cry, cause nothing was enough. Everything they asked for we had and he didn't even take a look. He kept saying that it doesn't mean anything to him. We had join account statements, Life and health insurance, Past 2 years Tax returns with direct deposit statement, credit cards, W2, joint business account. So everything we could have a were asked but not limited. Also I'm 31 weeks pregnant. All he kept saying that it doesn't mean anything. It took about 20 minutes and he made me so nervous that I was shaking, after all he asked was what religion we were, and sent us home without answer. We are just waiting for mail. I had I 751 interview in September, still waiting for their decision.

Must admit I'm pretty disappointed. I know sometimes interviews are selected at random, but can't help but feel a little down that the letter wasn't to inform me of an approval.

I'm not too worried about the interview itself, I know my wife and I will breeze through it, but the worst part is that it isn't for another six weeks! Then, as far as I've read on here, you don't get an answer for a couple of weeks or so after that.

 

So looks like I have another couple of months to go before I can even hope for an approval. And now I have to gather a whole bunch of documental proof of our ongoing relationship all over again. This sucks.

Don't take stress . Immigration take there sweet time . I had interview 3 weeks ago . Still waiting for decision. We can't do anything except waiting.

How long it takes to get green card after interview . I had interview of roc 3 weeks ago , still saying case received

Hi guys , I am 25 july 2016 filer, CSC. I had interview last week . It was stoke interview. It was for almost 3 hours. They drilled a lot .  I didn't hear any thing yet . M so stressed. Any idea how long they take to give decision.

I didn't get rfe , it's interview invitation. I submitted all supporting documents. Really worried why they call for interview . M so worried

I also got interview invitation. They ask for same evidences and even my spouse also out of country .

I am july 25 th filer csc , I got interview letter today . It's on 3rd week of September
