Honestly, don't how they  work  in the USCIS , my case it was " My case was received " for 179 days and after they  updated it, it says " My case  was  sent  to  the  department  of  state " , hope it's will  be easy in the next  step with NVC .

I think when they update your status on the wbsite it says  " My case was sent to the department of state "

We got the hardcopy of the NOA2 in 08/17 and our case updated on the website in 08/22 .

Hi guys, my wife received last day a letter saying the petition has been approved and forwarded to national visa center, my PD is February 13, it's so exciting ... Thank To Allaah, hope a great news soon for everyone is waiting to get an approval notice .

I am so confused because of marriage certificate , some people said you must to send the original and some of them said  just send the photocopy, and what's will happened if I send the photocopy of marriage certificate while they ask for the original one ?
