Yeah last May 17. But I'm a little bit confused of my plastic with visa packet and a seperated ziploc of our photos . Do a need to remoVe the photos because it's separated and as per directions secure only the yellow packet. Can I remove it or leave it as it is? Thanks

Wow. I almost forgot to keep you updated.. I already had May interview last may9 and everything went well then the consular told me after waiting for couple of months congratulations! Welcome to America! Words can't really described how happy I am. May 10 it was issued in ceac and may 13 Saturday VOH. thanks. God bless

 

if that's the case it's nothing to worry, it's odd that they forgot about it. After my second interview it took couple weeks to get an update and then I never got notification that my visa is ready for pickup. Luckily my husband were always checking the status of my visa online because I'm busy working. But anyways Good luck you will have a hint when your case status change into Non-immigrant  from Immigrant. 

What did you presented in the guard upon entering the premises? Please do i need to bring anything else? Any advice? See below exact email I received in mar 5 . almost a month after my intrw in feb 6. Thanks.

Bring a copy of the 221g EMAIL with you... it just may be that easy... may.    If all that is required of you is to complete the OATH I would think they would "squeeze you in".  If there is something else in the 221g then I don't know.

 

I know in your situation I would give it a try.

@Sagot could that be possible ? Can I enter the embassy even without an appointment just only this? I have heard a lot of saying that you can't just enter the embassy .help

Please help me. I had and interview last Feb.06, the ceac status stated READY then in march 05 we received and email it was like 221 but..

then called the usem in Mar.8 the concern was escalated  bec. we cannot create another appointment with the same mrv that needed to be closed. its taking too long to response. Is there any cases like this? what else can I do.

Newbie here. I had an interview last Feb06, 2017 I have been checking my status day by day and its not updating. still on READY status and my case says "  Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. Is this a normal thing? I am K1-fiancee. I called the usem they told me its case2case basis. Is there anything I can do? Thank you . Please see attached.

Feb 6 wasn't that long ago, especially considering its Manila embassy. I'd say just wait at least until a month has passed...then start doing inquiries. Once it changes to non-immigrant from immigrant visa, and the case creation date changes, you're about to get issued so keep an eye out for that! :-) Good luck with your move and journey to the United States. Honesty these few weeks after my interview I tend to cry over this because I see no updates on my case, In the interview it was like 2 mins they only check my papers then let me sit then as i go there   I even ask the one who assist the line to double check she told yes Ma'am the consular said you were approved. The pre-screening ask me my personal docs like bc nbi thats the only time docs were ask to submit. Some of my new found friends even the call center agent will only tell you to wait because its not on there control. 

I really hope it send updates for the coming days.. STATE : CALI
