I assume you filed online, this is a known glitch in the online form. You didn't miss-click or give wrong information.

At the interview they go through your whole form, asking you all the questions again to see if anything has changed since you filed. That's when you correct everything that is wrong.

Awesome thank you good to know!

  2. I just checked my N400 form again, and it mistakenly clicked Is your current spouse a U.S. citizen? - as Yes and in question 6, I clicked, since birth. Is that a huge problem? My interview is scheduled for next Wednesday, can I be denied because of those mistakes?

In addition to that I noticed, that some "No's" are missing the checked boxes.

  3. I am putting all the evidence together for the K1 Visa at the moment (I'm the petitioner). Since I used to live in Germany, and my fiance visited me from Paris, the train tickets are either in French or in German.

Do I need to translate these? If yes, can I write the translation directly on the train ticket, or do I have to write it on an extra page? Is it even necessary to translate them in general?

Thanks in advance for any help

  4. I have a dual citizenship ( US/Germany) currently residing in Germany, and met my partner who lives in France over the Internet over a year ago.

Now we are planning on moving and marrying in the US. As I currently don't have a job in the U.S yet, will I have to get one first? Since I'm not sure about the whole sponsor thing - if anyone would be willing to sponsor her.

And I have a question about the proof of our relationship, how can we make sure they 100% pass with the embassy?

Could we apply for the K1 visa in the US? Would that be possible?

Thanks in advance for your answers
