Hello. Don't know if anyone can help me here. I filed for my wife's AOS December of 2017 (by K-1 Visa). We are still awaiting her interview. Her EAD/AP will expire April 2019. However, I went through a health issue and somehow lost all my original documents (everything from her K-1 visa, to AOS documents, all notices from USCIS (except EAD/AP notices), and including her birth certificate and my citizenship certificate). Will I be able to extend her EAD/AP card without these documents? And will she fail her interview without originals? Currently, I have filed to get a new citizenship certificate and she is got a new birth certificate. If you can help answer this question, it'll be great. Thanks for your time.
