    Regarding H4 Visa

    Hi Friends, I need your suggestion on my wife's case. Her Visa is being kept on Administrative processing and received 221G. Need your suggestion for next steps.
    Please see the sequence of events.
     
    > I was Divorceee so  Filled My DS160 as divorcee as my US Visa expired and wanted to Visit India for Vacation and Marraige
    > Dropped my H1B documents for stamping and got received Visa successfully
    > Filled Wife's DS160 as married and me as Primary applicant 
    > Married on 10th Sept. 
    > Wife went for Visa stamping on 19th Sept. Officer checked Marriage certificate, Divorce decree and asked Previous marriage certificate 
    > Wife was not carrying my previous marriage certificate so officer issued 221g form and asked us to submit same
    > Previous marriage certificate submitted and Case got created on CEAC and it is showing Administrative processing.
    > Passport is with Wife
