I went to the USA numerous times to visit my wife while we waited for the visa process to play out. No issues. As always, be honest with the CBP. Don't mislead or omit anything when speaking to them. I would bring documents to prove my domicile in Canada (pay stubs, utility bills, work id, lease or mortgage statement, etc) but they never asked to see anything. Best to be prepared though. Good luck.

Thank you for your answer, i also would like to know that if i dont make it, like if they dont let me in and send me back to Peru, that would affect the Cr1 visa process?

It won't affect the CR-1 process at all.

If you have a valid tourist visa you can visit him in the US. You just have to continue showing strong ties to your home and show that you do intend to return after your visit and not misuse the tourist visa.

It is always up to immigrations whether or not to permit entry to someone. And always be honest and up front with them if asked questions about the visit.
