OK so the first step is just sending the I-129F form and the G-325a with the evidence and all that. Then if he gets approved then he needs to bring the I-134 forms from both me and my father to show we could support him?

OK so I'm kinda confused. I Dont make enough income to support my fiancé. So my dad is doing a joint sponsership. I know that when filling out the I-129f I'm answering the questions with my information and my fiancés information. But do I have to send my tax papers and proof of income along with a I-134 form?. Or do I just fill out I-129F form and my dad fills out the I-134 form?

He lives in Saint Lucia still. He has a work visa and is going to move here before the wedding and stay here after the wedding. 

Hi! So I am a Us citizen and I am engaged to a guy from Saint Lucia. We plan on getting married here and living for a bit. He already has a workers visa that allows him to visit. Would it be a waste of money if we also apply for the Fiancé visa since he already has a visa or would it be illegal to get married on the workers visa? Thank you!
