Yes am waiting for an invoice for my son . I have submitted all civil documents. They said I should give them 20days to review application

As for adding your son, you should contact NVC   and let them know you want to add him.  Make sure he has a passport because you gonna have to send a copy of the (biodata page) photo page. Contact them via Ask NVC.

just attach the scanned copies of your son's birth certificate and biodata page of his passport in the email

HI everyone, i just joined the group. i just fired my lawyer and need all the help/advice i can get with my case. my priority date id AUGUST 2010 and my case is still not complete at NVC. so this is what happened... an immigration lawyer has been working on my case, i don't no anything about this immigration thing and tbh been so busy  to follow up on anything. i recently found out about the monthly visa bulletin and saw that my case will be current next month. i called my lawyer to as for my case status and she told me to be patient that she hasnt heard anything yet. asked for my case number at nvc and she said she hasnt received any case number from them. i called nvc, got my case number and invoice id and fired my lawyer.  i have paid all the fees and am collecting documents to submit next. i have a few question below

1. how long did it take after submitting documents to have a case complete at nvc.

2, i am on F2B still single but i have a 3 month old whom i wish to migrate with. what should i do to add him ?
